I have a Triton power shower that does not completely switch off when the stop button is pressed. The hot water stops, but the cold keeps on flowing. I have to use the main pull switch to cut off shower. Can somebody tell me what the problem could be and whether it has to be fixed professionally.

try triton website for trouble shooting and parts. i,ve used them recently and found it to be of great help and the parts tend to be cheaper and quicker from them
