heater blower stuck on full citroen xsara 2002?

Please help
my heater blower is stuck on full speed. my car has A/c I was told this may be the resistor pack. i have removed the glove box and the carpet passenger side footwell. I can see the motor housing what do i do next.

have just got motor out of my 2004 picasso hdi with air con.rhd
took out glove box you can see motor mine has resistors built into motor. you can see connector block at bottom of motor housing two cables red /black and another set at top with two approx 4mm blacks two small 1mm red wires and one white pull connector out grab motor housing and turn anti clockwise and with draw motor u will see large aluminum heat sink hope this helps. i now have to get impeller off to get at resistors will let you know

The big plstic Circular part with all the wires fitted under the passengers carpet is secured on by 3 6mm bolts. Remove these 3 bolts and pull the blower out. There is 1 tex screw in the top of the plastic. When removed the whole plastic surround comes off. Now remove 2 6mm bolts and the resistor pack comes off. Job Done, Roughly 10 minutes. Hope this helps...

i think resistor pack is fitted in heater ducting, is probably held in by a couple of screws.
