I just bought it,I only have warning lights on no speedometer or fuel or oil levels any ideas? It runs great just would feel more comfortable if they worked

Engine starts, runs fine until you apply full throttle . . . then, it starts cutting out. Throttle back a bit and it runs smooth. What is the likely problem? And correction, please?
