MY becko washer can not spin and open ?

I have tried all programs but it is not spinning or opening and the water is not drained i can even see the water. What part do i need.

remove the filter at the bottom right corner.water will go everywhere!.once the water has drained out shine a torch in to the filter housing and check to see if something has got jammed in the drain pump impellor.
