I just got this treadmill, had it assembled and was checking out different functions on the control board and it started thumping up and down. What could cause this and how can I fix it? I want so badly to use this. I got burned on the last treadmill I bought and finally got the money together for this one. Can anyone help me? It's like it's hopping up and down!!!

It sounds like you have set one of the programs. Those will cause the incline feature to go up and down based on the preset pattern. I'd hit the reset button on the bottom of the treadmill and that should fix it, hopefully.
