Sorry I don't have the answer, just the same question. Part of my roller cover came off yesterday and was stuck under the belt. I do have a User's Manual but no contact number. Excellent machine bought 3 years ago on 'E-Bay' and used almost daily on an incline of 12 at a walking speed of 6 for 30mins. I have a severe lung problem and this is my main way of keeping fit so I hope someone out there has an answer.
