How can I fix my vauxhall corsa coolant system it keeps boiling up?

when the water boils up it blows one of the rubber pipes that lead to the radiator i have check for leaks thers none

I had this problem. The pressure relief valve, integral in the filler cap, had failed so there was no pressure in the system. New cap (ie: valve) solved it. Its easy to check; when the system is hot (after engine has been switched off for 5 minutes) undo the filler cap slowly. If no pressure is released the valve is not working.

dose the fan kick in it might be the fan switch i had the same think now my fan is looped so it comes on as soon as i start the car

I have exactly the same problem........ just had it serviced,
N reg corsa. Thought that would solve it but no. I'm putting in 2 litres of water every 2 days! I'm worried it may be the head gasket. Had that job done on my astra twice at £350 and £400. Please not again!

also im thinking the radiator could be damaged or sludged up, check rad, change coolant and flush

find the bleed screw its near the bulk head cos you have got trap air in in the heater matrixs so take your time to bleed all the air out
