Can I get washers for my Mac Dee inlet valve

Can someone help I have a broken Macdee Metro 3 Part Syphon its only the Plunger/Piston thats broken is there anywhere you can get this part as a separate spare part ?

My Macdee dual flush stops and starts towards the end of it filling.

What size of hook do I need for a Macdee Metro 3 piece oblong shape 9 inch

I have a macdee inlet an its constantly running bhut i cant seem to get the outlet out of the cistern to check the rubber washer. Any ideas?
