it has a virus on it and every time i go to turn it on it goes to the safe mode window and start windows normaly but every time i try 1 it just goes to a black screen and wont do anything what do i do

On the Black Screen, you should check your hard drive or fan. For example, if the fan is full of dust and you do not clean it, your PC may run abnormally. So the Black Screen may show up.
