Fisher and Paykel GW711 - fault ?

My Fisher and Paykel GW711 is showing the 3rd, 4th and last light as a fault. Can anyone help with the fault code, what is wrong and how to fix it?
Thanks

Every light has a different value so you need to say if you are counting left to right or right to left. I think you are counting from the left. If so that is fault code 49 which is saying it is getting a bad reading from the cold water inlet valve. This can be caused by bad connection where wires plug in to the valve. A bad water inlet valve or a fault on the main control board. Most times I have been called to this error it has been the control board at fault. You need to get someone out to test & find out what part is faulty.
