How can I fix my Simpson Genesis 511?

It will not pump the water out. When I put the hose at floor level, the water flows, so no blockage. Another problem which may be related, is alot of water leaking onto the floor. Looking underneath there is no problem with hoses to the pump so I wonder if it is over filling for some reason.

You need to put dial on final spin & start. Then listen if the pump is humming or has no sound at all. If it is humming then there is probably a blockage in the pump and you will have to unblock it. For the leak, you will have to find out where it is leaking from. Once you have the drain problem sorted, put some water in the bowl and look. You may have to take the back panel off or look underneath to track down the source of the water.
