What is Wrong with my Fisher & Paykel smartdrive water feed?

I have a fisher and paykel smart drive 9 pride 5.5,
When i start a load the water starts filling fine, no pressure issue nothing, but then it will suddenly shut off the water, then back on. It does this a few times then the machine enters fault state.
What is the issue and how to fix it?

That is fault code 43 which means the out of balance switch is faulty. Usually corrosion. Turn power off at wall & open the panel. Unplug the display board from the main control board and put it to one side. Take out screw holding down front of main control board then lift the control board up. No need to disconnect all the plugs & wires. Under the control board on right hand side is the out of balance switch. Hopefully it will be the old style microswitch and you can pull the 2 wires off. Take switch out & go to an electrical shop & buy a new one. Put it back in, connect the 2 wires (any way around) then plug in display board & close panel. Job done.

Apologies, I did not expect a reply so quickly.
When the washing machine hits fault state, its a constant single beeping.
There are eight lights along the top right, when it hits fault state, the light sequence from the left, is as follows:-
lights 3 and 5 are lit green, light 7 is orange, light 8 is red, the rest are unlit.
side note- I can advance the cycle to final spin to rid washer of water.

The reason it goes in to a fault state & displays the error is to tell you what is wrong. F&P don't just make it beep and display error codes for no reason. Run the machine again & when it beeps do one of 2 things. If it is a steady single beep about half a second apart, look at the lights along the top row. Count from left to right and note which of the 8 lights are on & which are off. Post the result back here & I will tell you what that error is. If it is more of a rippling musical sound then check the other lights and tell me which are flashing. Do all this before pressing any buttons to stop the beeps.
