how can i fix it?

i bought a u.s delonghi oil filled heater on 120v, i plugged it in and now it don't work.

Much will depend on where you live.

If your electricity supply is 230 V then the heating element will have been destroyed - so you might just as well throw it away.

If your electricity supply is only 120 V then the heating element will probably be defective - so you might just as well throw it away.
