Fix Fault Diplomat

I have a diplomat softline gas cooker the hob & oven will not light, the hob is working ok but there is no sound when you turn the buttons to ignite the oven or hob

When using the grill..it stops working and lights flash Er9. What is the problem...how to fix this???

my digital clock will not work and i can't light my gas oven,i've checked the power supply to the plug and its ok
