Fix Fault Norelco

What size security torx driver is needed to remove the screws from my Norelco 715 RL razor? I can see that they are a security torx but it is small!

The white shaft inside that turns the razor on & off has broken. Can they be replaced and where do you find the part?

Norelco Trimmer Model # 420303077990. It will not recharge. Does this take a rechargeable battery? If so, how is it installed?
