Fix Fault Sagem

sagem dtr 6400t/6700t noise when powered up with aerial connected ,noise goes off if aerial disconnected .All functions working as normal.

my sagem was working then started flashing and lost every thing no picture machine does not start just flashes 00.00. and will let you know how long its been plugged in no action
