when we change stations, the sound goes completely also now and again picture freezes, and goes smaller, we have got a new aerial for digital, so can you help please,

my Sagem DVR 6200T digital receiver/recorder is flashing error 7 and will not turn off or on from the remote and also will not do anything else. Any ideas?
