How can I fix the cassette toilet flush on my thetford c2?

The electric flush on my thetford cassette toilet C2 doesn't work. It is installed in an LMC Dominant caravan. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this or know how to fix this problem.

My thetford flushes by the button but for some reason the switch thing underneath does not turn to open the hatch of the toilet so when you flush it just fills up the bowl
