How can I re-initilise my Nissan Almera NATS code?

My Nissan Almera will not accept the NATS code in the vehicle manual. Is there a default code that can be used or how can the NATS be re-initialised?

What i should do if on the car key is only one button?

Reminiscence, October 2008
Does the remote fob have the red and blue buttons or is it part of the key. For the type that is inbuilt with the key follow this : Ensure all the doors are unlocked.
1. Turn ignition switch from 0 to ON 6 times within 10 seconds and then turn ignition switch to off, leaving key in. After 2 seconds NATS will enter programming mode and warning lights will flash twice.
2. Press and hold the UNLOCK button on fob and while this is pressed, press the LOCK button 3 times and then release both buttons. The warning lights will flash once to indicate successful programming.
3. Repeat for other fobs (believe up to 4 seperate can be used at one time).
4. When completed turn on ignition to the ON position and warning lights will flash twice. Remove key and check operation of keyfobs.

The programming mode will stop when either the ignition is switched on, 4 plip keys have been programmed or no input signal from the fobs(plips) or switch has been received for 120 seconds.

If you have the type with the red and blue button as i have on a 1996 Almera GTI, email me at jeffw0502@aol.com and i will send the original Cobra/Delta electronics instruction for reprogramming these (it is in a table form but easy to follow with it in front of you).
