Hitachi 50dx10b rear projection and the convergence?

Hitachi 50dx10b rear projection - the blue convergence "pluses" will not move at all when trying to adjust the convergence. Others move. Picture still clear but everything has a blue tint for about 3" to the right of every object. Please help! I do not want to buy a new TV.

the motor that controls your blue CRT globe is stuck or broken, it will probably need to go in for repair
