if it is a agp card and pc has a agp slot then chances are yes and you will need driver software to install (from website or provided disc if new)

these graphics cards are huge.i have one fitted in my pc which i built.i have a small case but it still fitted.as yours has a 6700 fitted the chances are it will fit.
