Hi have a gainsborough Style 400X shower unit, when i pull on the switch for the shower unit there is power but water does not come out of shower unit. Any idea what could be causing this problem?
Two reasons for this - 1) the water supply has failed 2) the water flow is controlled by a solenoid (electrical valve) that sounds like it has failed shut.
