HOW CAN I FIND OUT DETAILS OF THE CLUTCH ON A VOLVO V 70 1997 MODEL?

I am trying to ascertain which time of clutch I have on the above car - ie is it an adjustable clutch and can I adjust it myself because its slipping!

If you can see the cable going into the bell housing then yes you can adjust it.
