My servis 1100 washing machine is not draining, the drum is turning but I cannot get it past the wash part of the cycle

I have exactly the same Problem - I have a Servis Sapphire - I have got this guy to look at it tomorrow - So, I will let you know what happens.. I think that it might be somehting to do with the filter - However, my Machine does not have a access hatch to the filter, some machines have this at the front.
