Hello, I have a Samsung CXM1374 TV w/ a VCR built in Model. The tv and cable works fine, however when I go to put in a video, the sound doesn't work at all. The video slows up and goes staticy. When I first got the tv it didn't do this however, I've had it about 2 years now and it acts up. I don't know what to do please help!

this sounds like you may have dirty video heads. Try a head cleaner first.
