how do i get wire out of bonnet?

i was putting on my neon lights on my car a vectra and the water nozzle wire has fallen into a hole on the bonnet and i cant get it out . please help. they are the lights that you connect to the water sprays and its the wire from water pipe that has fallen .

can you see wire with torch make hook out of wire and try and lasso it back or double sided sticky tape and catch it that way
