Where are the fuses located on a citroen despatch van?

Ican only find a fuse box under the bonnet and they are all ok

however the cig lighter and the fan blower do not work

Is there another fuse location for these items

the fuses are on the passanger side .take out the glove compartment and you will find them behind it.
