How can I fix my Toshiba 37 inch TV?

I have noise and picture distortion on certain channels on my Toshiba C3030/X3030 Series 37 inch LCD TV. Please help it is 4 months old.

If this has happened since new then you likely have a bad signal (assume you are using a standard cable feed?) Have your cable company check your signal. A poor signal will affect some chanels and not others.
