how can i fix my goodmans x-pro gtv42p4 l.c.d.t.v?

i have a goodmans x-pro lcd tv model gtv 42 p 4, i have 2 black lines in the middle of my screen about 1 inch deep from top to bottom, thay are about6 inchs apart also
