Zafira engine problems?

1.8 Petrol. Four problems, engine cutting out at low revs, when starting the car, engine revs to 2000 or so before dropping back, when idle engine revs between 1000 and 2000 ans sometimes when starting the car the the speedo and rev needle's swing anti clockwise before going to their correct positions.
