how do I bypass my peugeot 406 immobiliser ?

Could some forward the answer to "by-pasing the immobiliser", my red and green light is on at the same time. 1996 1.9td 406

Hope you can help,

When I get in the car and turn on the ignition both red and green lights are on, if I enter my code sometimes it will work but most times it won't.

Any help would be appreciated.
