I was browsing the net and the blue screen appeared. After it did it's thing and shutdown, I restarted and used startup restore. After that, I was able to log in to windows and all my settings, documents and everything were still there. However, I can't view the internet. I have both Internet explorer and Firefox and neither work. Although I can still listen to stuff through the iTunes store (on the web) and can use the Weather Channel Desktop (also on the web.) So what do I do?

I am on a friends computer.
