How do I get my iitronics IMP -65 to play the music I have down loaded?

I have been given a iitronics IMP-65 mp3 player for xmas but when I have down loaded my cds (from uploaded original cds) it shows the songs on the mp3 player but when I press to play it says invalid format. What am I doing wrong?

If your Running Windows Vista it wont play because of the format you need to update the MP3`s Drivers look at the accompanying documents to find IITRONICS web site and upload drivers from there.
