citroen berlingo van 1'9 2001 year?

i have not run my van for 2 weeks . when i went to start it the hazzard warning lights come on and the engine will not start i have put new battery on and it still wont start every time i turn ign on hazzard warning lights start . the engine turns over but not fireing

we have taken battery out of citreo berlingo van put in new battery and it wont start please help

check inertia switch under bonnet [o/s inner wing ] press down red button then try again!
