When you say noisy umm this is usually not easy to pinpoint if the hoover is very noisy firstly check the bag or make sure there are no restrictions in the pipe. Also if the vacuum has an air filter fitted make sure that this is not blocked.
Otherwise the noise could be related to a motor on its way out or that it needs new brushes.
