when i turn on my laptop it comes up intel then a loading bar at the bottom then there is just a blank screen. can anyone help me?

Keep tapping F12 as soon as turns on to enter Multiboot Selection. Once a popup comes on, select HDD or Hard Drive using arrow keys. If nothing happens after that, then its likely that your hard drive has failed. Also it might be just that it needs a recovery using master cds or from the pre installed recovery program
