lock crank shaft tdc, remove camshaft cover, lock cam, no 4 cylinder rocking, no1 cam lobs up,remove front covers losen sprocket bolts refit lower cover replace tensioner tighten sprocket bolts remove locking tools turn engine by hand replace all parts.

MAKE SURE ARROW ON CAMSHAFT SPROCKET IS AT 12 0'CLOCK.
MAKE SURE CYLINDER NO. 1 IS AT TDC.
ALLOW ANY SLACK ON EXHAUST SIDE ONLY AND ACTIVATE CHAIN TENSIONER.
ADVICE USE OF LOCKING TOOLS
