Hi,

i have a Vaillant Turbomax plus 824e and the problem is i can have central heating working but no Hot water...i have read a few similar queries and they all seem to point to the diverter valve so i would have a bash at this meself if i knew where to locate it....so does anyone know where i can get a manual for this model .

Only Registered Gas Installers are to work on gas appliances.
For safety reasons, look for one near you on the CORGI site!

A manual should have been provided with the new boiler. Perhaps a friendly plumber's merchant could help.

The diverter valve is front left as you look at the boiler after you've lowered the control panel.

I've had to replace 2 over the last 6 years.
