Tricity Bendix TM220.It spin but does not heat up?

The above dryer dual cycle hot and cold,it spin on both cycle but does not dry washing.
Could you advise as to what has gone wrong and as to
how can I fix.Dryer approx 2 year old

I looked inside the drum for the sta ,unable to locate it.How do I get to it,do I have to remove side/front / back panel?

element or stat open circuit.stat inside drum open circuit.need multimeter to test continuity
