Volkswagen caddy 1999 model petrol engine was removed to decarb and fitted. after fitting the engine does not accellerate. It is running on idle speed only.
is it a drive by wire ? (electric pedal control has epc light on dash) or is it a cable ? is the cable attached to the butterfly flaps ? reagards john from vehicle diagnostics motherwell
