Loosen the alternator by undoing the bolt on the sliding rail. Feed belt around pump, pulley and alternator with 'teeth' facing inwards and readjust alternator. depending on working space and tools available, it may be necessary to remove the radiator. if it is necessary, change your water pump at the same time if it is nearing the end of its useful life.
