The make is ‘Indesit’, then there are various names and numbers written on it which are as follows: ‘eco ultra’, ‘omega 1200’ and ‘WG1285W’ The water will not discharge, can someone please tell what it might be. Could it be a blocked filter? If so where should I look to find it.

Filter is generally located behind a small hatch at base of machine. Some machines have no filter which allows socks etc into the pump blocking it. Only option then is to drain the machine - take drain hose out and run into a bucket. Switch off power and machine taps, turn machine on its side, follow drain hose back to the pump, disassemble pump and remove obstruction. check out www.2ndwave.co.uk/manual.html
