I can not sent out messages?

I have a hp pavilion mx50 desttop computer, I use Outlook express and haven't been able to get out with messages in a month or more. I can get messages. any thoughts on how to fix this?

Check what the SMTP server settings should be for your ISP and then ensure that they are correctly set on Outlook Express. Alternatively try Mozilla Firebird which is a much better Email client and is free.
