Cannot work out why washers have stopped on my 2000 movano van, doesnt appear to be any blockages, washer bottle full but when you press for water , wipers work but no water coming out onto screen, help please???

Your main problem sounds like the washer jets built-in to your wipers are fouled. Time to bite the bullet and buy a new set of wipers I'm afraid. I didn't bother and ended up burning out the motor in the bottle (£30.00 to replace!). Wipers are cheaper to pick up on Ebay for a pair rather than the Stealerships!!
