How can I reverse the Mcculloch 320bv gas blower/vacuum from blower to vacuum (from blowing to sucking). It has a hinged flap on the side that exposes the fan blades, but I have lost the instructions and do not know how to switch the function.

You should have a large tube that will fit on the side once the flap is down. Use the screw that you removed to get the flap down to hold the large tube in place. Also check out the following link: mcculloch.motoruf.de/Mipl/gcmac320.pdf
