How can I fix my Speed Queen washing machine- Model # AWM392W2?

After it starts filling and it gets some water in it. It starts to leak water from below the tub and above what I think is the transmission. Is there a gasket or seal above there to be replaced or is it more something more expensive than that.

Get a diagram first to see assembly.
