homelite timberman stopped lubing chain?

I have an 18 inch 45cc homelite chainsaw thats only been used three times. I noticed the oil resevior remained full and was not pumping oil on the chain. how do I fix this problem myself, because I lost the reciept so warrantee repair is out of the question.

check that your bar is kept clean after use, small holes located under the chain feed the lube to the bar and can become blocked by sawdust and dirt
