drivers rear brakes renault laguna sports tporer 51 plate?

I HAVE CHANGED THE CALIPER AND THE PADS ON THE CAR BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO GET ANY BRAKE FLUID THROUGH TO THE CALIPER . I DISCONNECTED THE KNUCKLE FROM THE CALIPER TO SEE IF ANY BRAKE FLUID WAS COMING THRU WHEN I PUT MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE AND NOTHING IS COMING THRU, ALL THE OTHER BRAKES ARE OK.
CAN ANY BODY ADVISE ME,

Press the pedal very gently - perhaps the pressure compensator is playing a part here. Failing that, the fluid may have to be drawn through using a vacuum pump - but I doubt if that is essential. The system should bleed itself by gravity - eventually.
