tft monitor just flashes?

My medion monitor does not come on the led on the front just flashes continuously

Thats usually mean that it is not receiving a signal from the PC to which it is a attached. Unplug the signal cable from the PC and power the monitor up. If you get a no signal message on it suspect your PC. In addition check the signal plug for bent pins.
