I need advice about my renault megane R reg?

Firstly, my car use to slow down when driving and then speed up and then normal and this keeps happening. Now the sound is lound when I press the gas pedal and feels like something is loose under the pedal. What is the problem? Help!

I think you should have a look at the accellerator pedal itself - including the box that its mounted in, just to see if there is anything amiss. At the same time, see if you can see the throttle cable moving smoothly when you press the pedal.
